Windows XP runs on Intel Mac without Emulation

Apple computers become the first machines that can run Windows XP, Linux and Mac OS.

To get get Windows XP to work on the Mac, users must reformat and repartition their Intel Mac's hard drive to include a separate partition where Windows XP can be installed.

Then follow a multistep process to make sure the software is installed properly and the Mac can recognize it.

Once that's done, users will be able to switch between Mac OS X and Windows after rebooting the Mac.

The XP-Mac solution will reportedly work on Apple iMacs, MacBook Pros and Mac minis. It uses no emulation or VMWare.
