POP3, Auto Forward for Hotmail and Windows Live Mail

Do you want to download Hotmail emails or Windows Live Mail messages to Outlook or Thunderbird ? Or looking for workarounds to forward incoming Hotmail messages to Yahoo! or GMail account ?
