The tussle between MP3 players has taken an interesting turn with Apple striking at Creative Technology, again in just under one month. This time, Apple is seeking a court order to
prevent further patent infringements.
First it was Creative that demanded
Apple to pull iPods from the market.
Apple was kind of prepared for this assault and
immediately retaliated by filing a lawsuit against Creative Technology for the same crime - patent infringement.
And now, Apple has
sued Creative again claiming that Creative has infringed at least three of its patents - one that involves displaying data on a computer, another for editing data using a portable media device, and the third for the creation of icons to organise files on a computer.
